My name is Liza and I am a yoga instructor committed to women's health and empowerment.
My journey began in 2019 teaching dynamic power yoga classes in Beijing. After becoming a mother myself, my focus shifted towards specializing in prenatal and postpartum yoga, guiding mothers through the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood.
Certified in a yoga school in India, my training imbued me with traditional wisdom and a holistic approach to wellness that I bring to my teaching practice. Committed to supporting women on their wellness journeys, I founded Fem Yoga and Meditation Center, providing a nurturing space where women can find solace, strength, and community through yoga and meditation practices. With a holistic approach to wellness, I prioritize pelvic floor health, providing essential techniques and exercises to strengthen and support this foundational aspect of women's well-being.
Recognizing the importance of supporting women throughout their entire life journey, I expanded my expertise to include menopausal yoga, offering gentle yet powerful practices to navigate the hormonal shifts and changes that come with this stage of life.

to cultivate strength, resilience, and vitality at every stage of life.
