Mommy & Me yoga, half course,11:00-12:00

Service Description

3 classes during a 6-week course. Nov 7, Nov 14, Nov 21 Mommy & Me yoga class designed specifically for new moms 6-8 weeks post-delivery. Ease back into a fitness routine while bonding with your baby and connecting with other new moms. Doctor’s approval is required to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your baby.

Cancellation Policy

If the participant has to cancel a class 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed up to 28 days before the start of the class, thereafter no reimbursement of the course fee will be charged. If the course is cancelled by Fem Yoga Center, the course fee will be refunded in full.
